• DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

  We are proud to be the lowest priced supplier for silicone bracelets. If you find a lower price elsewhere, simply provide us with the lower quote and we will be happy to pricematch it. The pricematch must be done prior to ordering.

• WHAT PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS DO YOU ACCEPT?

  We accept bank deposits, checks, and cash. Due to the customized nature of the business, we require payment upfront prior to production.

• IS RUSH TURNAROUND TIME AVAILABLE

  Yes, we can turnaround in less than 10 days. Call us for more info.

• DOES THE COSTS INCLUDE DELIVERY?

  No. The client has the option of picking-up the bands in our office in Quezon City.

• DO YOU OFFER NATIONWIDE DELIVERY?

  Yes. Shipping & handling costs shall apply depending on location.

• HOW IS THE QUALITY OF THE WRISTBANDS?

  The wristbands are made from 100% high quality silicone rubber. The quality can be comparable to the original Livestrong bracelets. A round mold is used, therefore, no glued ends.

• CAN I REQUEST SAMPLES?

  Yes, they are available for pick-up in our office in Quezon City. Call us for more info.

• DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  Yes, we ship worldwide. Call us for more info.

• CAN I PUT MY OWN LOGO ON THE BRACELETS?

  We could given that the logo is not too complex. Simply send us the soft copy of the logo.

• CAN I USE OWN LAYOUT OR OWN FONT STYLE?

  Yes, simply send us the soft copy of the layout style.

• DO YOU OFFER OTHER WRISTBAND STYLES SUCH AS COLOR EMBOSS OR FIGURE SHAPED WRISTBANDS?

• HOW MANY CHARACTER CAN I PUT ON THE BRACELETS

  We allow 40 characters max each for Front and Back Message and 80 characters max for Inside Message.

• WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

  We offer 6 sizes:

  • XX-Small: 6″” (150mm x 12mm x 2mm)
  • X-Small: 6.5″” (165mm x 12mm x 2mm)
  • Small: 7″” (180 mm x 12mm x 2mm)
  • Medium: 7.5″” (190mm x 12mm x 2mm)
  • Large: 8″” (202 mm x 12mm x 2mm)
  • X-Large: 8.25″” (210mm x 12mm x 2mm)
• Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?

  Yes. PinoyBallers delivers orders nationwide throughout the Philippines, including Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. We regularly serve customers in Cebu, Davao, Pampanga, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, Bacolod, Batangas, Baguio, and other cities and provinces nationwide. Shipping costs and transit times vary depending on the destination and order size.

• Can I order if I’m outside Metro Manila?

  Absolutely. You don’t need to visit our Quezon City office. Send us your requirements and artwork, approve your digital mockup online, and we’ll coordinate production and delivery to your location.

• How much is provincial delivery?

  Shipping costs depend on the destination, weight, volume, and size of the order. Please provide your delivery location when requesting a quotation so we can determine the appropriate delivery options and costs.

• Which courier do you use?

  The delivery method depends on your location, order size, and delivery requirements. Depending on the destination, we may arrange delivery through Lalamove, LBC, AP Cargo, J&T Express, or another appropriate delivery provider.

• Can I pick up my order from your Quezon City office?

  Yes. Orders may be picked up from our Quezon City office by arrangement. Please coordinate with our team in advance to confirm that your order is ready and schedule your pickup.
