• Can I add my own logo or design to the pens?

  Yes. All our custom pens and pencils can be printed with your company logo, organization name, campaign slogan, or artwork. Simply send us your design file and we will prepare a free layout mockup for approval before production.

  We accept common file formats such as AI, PDF, PNG, and JPEG.

• What is the minimum order quantity for custom pens?

  Minimum order quantity depends on the pen model, but most of our custom ballpens start at low bulk quantities suitable for schools, corporate giveaways, events, and political campaigns. For large volume orders, we offer discounted bulk pricing.

• How large is the printing area on the pens?

  The printable area varies depending on the pen type and model. Standard ballpens usually have a straight imprint area on the barrel, while metal pens may have a smaller engraving area.

  Once you choose a model, we will confirm the exact print size and provide a digital mockup so you can see how your logo will appear.

• Can the pens be printed in full color?

  Yes. Many of our plastic and premium pens support full-color printing. We also offer single-color and two-color printing options depending on your budget and branding needs.

  For executive metal pens, laser engraving is also available for a more premium look.

• Can I print on two areas of the pen?

  Some pen models allow imprinting on two areas, such as the barrel and clip. Dual-area printing is available for selected models and may have an additional cost depending on the design and size.

• What materials are your custom pens made from?

  Our custom pens are made from various materials including plastic, ABS, rubberized soft-touch coating, bamboo, and metal. Each product page specifies the material used so you can choose the right option for your event or branding needs.

• What ink colors are available?

  Most standard ballpens come with black or blue ink. Some models may offer red ink upon request. Ink color availability depends on the pen type and current stock.

  If you need a specific ink color for your campaign or event, please inquire before confirming your order.

• What kind of packaging do your pens come in?

  Standard bulk orders are packed in protective poly bags or bulk packaging suitable for distribution at events. For corporate gifting, we also offer optional individual boxes or gift packaging for selected metal pen models.

• How long is the production time?

  Production time typically depends on order quantity and printing method. Standard orders are completed within several business days after layout approval. Large volume orders or engraved metal pens may require additional lead time.

  If you have a deadline, inform us in advance and we will check the fastest possible turnaround.

• Do you ship nationwide in the Philippines?

  Yes. We deliver custom printed pens nationwide across the Philippines. Shipping fees depend on your location and order size. We can arrange delivery via trusted local couriers.

• Can you help me design my promotional pen?

  Yes. If you do not have a final layout yet, we can assist with basic text formatting, logo placement, and spacing to make sure your design looks clean and professional on the pen’s imprint area.

  Keep in mind that very small text may not be readable on smaller print areas.

• Are custom pens effective for marketing and giveaways?

  Custom printed pens remain one of the most affordable and practical promotional products in the Philippines. They are commonly used for corporate events, school activities, political campaigns, church gatherings, trade shows, and company giveaways.
